David comments: "Talking with someone at a Summit station recently,
I came to understand that this might be a secondary brand for Citgo.
I noticed that the station had a Citgo credit card machine, and the woman
told me they honored Citgo cards although there was no advertisement of that fact.
If you look at the Summit pic above, the station looks suspiciously like a Citgo,
including the signage hardware. I surfed the web and came up with nothing."
